The remaining portion of the night is typically filled with dancing and singing to all of your favorite hits! 
Once all of the main festivities listed in the reception section are over, a short while after open dance floor begins for the rest of the evening, is typically when photography coverage ends. 
If you choose to have a send off at the end of the evening & you wish to have photography coverage for it, then of course we will dance the night away with you and capture the party til the end of the evening!

Typically right after dinner, we sneak the couple away for sunset portraits! Hands down, these will always be my favorite portion of the night! You two JUST got married, you're so happy and drunk in each others love & you get to sneak away to go love on each other during the most gorgeous portion of the day known as golden hour. This opportunity also gives you another "quiet moment" together without all of the hustle and bustle! 
During late fall & through early spring, golden hour portraits will typically take place almost directly after the ceremony to make sure we don't miss the lighting!

Time to party & mingle!! This timeframe can vary in order based off of the couples priorities and wishes! However, typically includes: Formal introductions as the wedding party and couple enter into the reception, dance's, toast's, dinner, bouquet toss, & of course cake cutting! There are quite a few extra traditions including money dances, garter toss & so much more!

These are some of the most cherished photos that family members receive.  Getting to share in the joy of such a monumental day with the couple is a memory they will have forever! The easiest way to make it through the chaos of wrangling in everyone for family photos and to ensure you include each family member or friend is to make a list and send it over to your photographer ahead of time. Let each person know who is on that photo list ahead of time & to arrive a little bit earlier if the family photos are scheduled ahead of the ceremony.

Wedding Party photo's are always some of my favorite images from the entire day! You get to let loose and have fun with your crew, feel silly and laugh A LOT!  We take photos of the bride + her bridesmaids, the bride with each bridesmaid individually, same with the groom + his groomsmen! & last we take photos of the entire wedding party together. Sometimes, depending on the timeline, we take the large wedding party shot after the ceremomy at the ceremomy site as well!

The BIG moment of the day!! It's what we have allll been waiting for! Enjoy it because it flies by! This portion is fairly straight forward, we capture your ceremony at various angles and once its time to kiss you bet were right there down the center of the aisle waiting to capture the finale! Once you kiss your SPOUSE, the bride will grab her bouquet, and then you two will walk half way down the aisle, kiss again,  let everyone cheer for you, walk to the end of the aisle and kiss one more time, & then walk off and enjoy the moment together! 
This will be where we take any remaining family portraits and/or wedding party that we may not have fit in prior to ceremony!

After the first look,  this is the perfect time to sneak in a few portraits of the couple. We already have the couple tucked away and in a cute location,  lets take advantage of the moment!

The first look between the bride and groom is quite honestly one of the sweetest and most special moments of the entire wedding day. If you are still debating whether you want to add this into your timeline, the answer is YES! You likely won't find a photographer or coordinator who doesn't recommend this to you. First looks are intimate and private (apart from your photographer), this is your first moment together on your wedding day and you get to take it in together, without an audience. Most of your wedding day flies by and your moving from one event to the next, this is your "quiet moment" with each other. Seeing each other before the ceremony will also help to calm your nerves & allow you to relax. Not to mention, you get to spend more time with each other on your wedding day, after-all this day is about celebrating your love for each other & without a first look you are missing out on enjoying the early moments of your wedding day together, as a couple. 
In addition, first looks allow for your timeline to run smoother for the entire day. Being able to see each other prior to your ceremony allows you to take family photos & wedding party photos ahead of the ceremony, versus cramming them in during your happy hour. This allows your family to mingle with other family members whom they may not see often, and also allows the couple to enjoy their happy hour too! 

- This also may include a first look with the bride and her father, a moment that is hard to hold back tears for & these memories are cherished forever.

This portion of our couples special day would typically include candids of the bride + bridesmaids getting ready, a champagne toast, robe shots, candids of groom + groomsmen getting ready, the bride getting into her dress with someone special helping her button up, bride putting on her jewelry + shoes. & of course any special request! A First look with bridesmaids once the bride is completely all dolled up is always a favorite moment of mine!

The beginning of our coverage typically starts with detail shots as we arrive to the venue! This includes detail shots of the brides wedding dress, both of the couples shoes, grooms tie, watch, the brides jewelry, the wedding bands + engagement ring, vow books, wedding invitations, something blue, the veil, etc...anything special and of significance to the couple we will capture! We will ask you in advance to have these items ready!
- If time allows, we will also try to snag a few detail shots during this timeframe of your ceremony & reception areas, prior to guest arriving! If not right now, sometimes bridal hair/makeup is running late and we will sneak over to the sites during that time. Otherwise we will snag the shots right before the ceremony + during the cocktail hour.
